1. Nature of Digital Deliverables
1.1. Digital Fulfillment: All WifiSocks products are fulfilled electronically as Digital License Keys and downloadable OpenWrt software packages (.ipk). No physical hardware shipments or tangible goods are processed.
1.2. Immediate Activation: Upon purchase, license credentials are issued instantly for activation in the local router Web Dashboard.
2. Pre-Purchase Compatibility Evaluation (BYOD)
Before procuring a Digital Software License, users must independently verify that their router meets the minimum system requirements:
- Compatible CPU architecture: AMD64 (x86_64), ARM64 (aarch64), or MIPS softfloat (MT7621AT).
- RAM capacity: Minimum 256MB RAM (512MB+ recommended for ARM64, 1GB+ for AMD64).
- Base OS: Standard OpenWrt 21, 22, 23, 24.

3. Refund Terms for Digital Licenses
- Activated Licenses: Because digital license keys are irrevocably delivered and activated on the user's router gateway, purchases are non-refundable once activated, except in confirmed cases of unresolvable core software defects.
- Unresolvable Software Defects: If the software fails to perform core policy routing or leak prevention functions on a verified, supported hardware platform and our engineering team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days, a full refund for the license purchase will be issued.
- External Network Exclusions: Refunds are not granted for issues arising from third-party proxy downtime, poor external proxy latency, unsupported third-party hardware, or improper router flashing procedures.
